Does anyone have a solution for stopping my headlight from pointing to the sky after rides with a Dart screen. I've tightened the headlight bolts as tight as I dare without snapping one off. I like the screen, but I also ride dark winding rodes to work and headlight alignment is important also.

Altho the Dart is an excellent screen, it is disadvantaged slightly by its mounting arrangement.

The tab-stop on the mounting bracket MUST rest against the headlight bracket if the headlamp is to remain static.
If they don't then as the wind-blast pushes the screen back, the headlight will rotate upwards.
With the two mounting bolts loosened, set the headlamp to the correct position
then (keeping the headlamp still) push the screen back till the tabs rest on the bracket.
Now tighten the bolts.

If you find that the screen is now at angle which you dont like, there
are probably two options.
1. Modify (extend) the tab-stops
2. Slot the bracket mounting holes to lower the whole lot down till the tabs touch at your prefered angle

Hope that helps...........
