Can anyone recommend a shop that makes custom header pipes for a NTB here in the USA? Thanks.

Cheers.

I'd be interested also, as I've cracked headers three different times right where the mounting flange is welded to the pipe. I purchased some sharks for racing clearance and noticed that they have a floating flange which lowers stress in this area and also allows for some flexibility in mounting.

Try a custom exhaust shop that does a lot of street rods. Had a set done for my 1972 Norton Commando "S" by a custom exhaust guy and the results were beyond belief ($$$) . Stainless is the materiel of choice. :-D
