CRG Clamp on mirrors or Bar ends?

If you take the stock bar ends off and replace with a bar end mirror, do you get additional bar vibration?

Also on a 2005 S3. Do I need the adaptors or will they clamp right on if I go that route?

When you install the CRG's they will mount right onto the stock bar-ends if I remember correctly. I later bought the aftermarket ABM Bars and the CRG's didn't fit on the bar-ends included, so I bought the CRG adapters and it works great.
