Hi all ,

Though i,d change my spark plugs as my TT600 turns but is struggling to fire , got some Iridium NGK,s and thought i,d pop em in .

Got the fuel tank off , got the airbox off , got the first coil off ( left hand side ) but i,m stuggling to get the other three off they are stuck there .

Is there a knack to getting these buggers out ?

Also what do you guys use to get the 1st and 4th plugs out , i got an extension bar for my rachet but can't get a clean angle to the plug as the frame is in the way .

Cheers !!!!!:)

Try disconnecting the plugs to the coils, then turning anti-clockwise (i.e. an unscrewing action). It seemed to work to me for some unknown reason, given I don't think they're threaded!

There is a spark plug removal tool in the toolkit - a long hexagonal piece goes down to the plug and you use the big fat allen key to turn it.

Cheers for the tip , i didn't have one of those plug tools in my tool roll scavenged one off my mates daytona .

Now just those coils to get off , will try a squirt of WD40 as well to ease things along .

fingers crossed !
