I have a 1978 Bonneville t140 v last time I was riding the clutch was sticking really bad. It was ok at first but as I went I had to grind the gears really bad. I'm planning reworking the clutch. Does anyone have any advice on the best literature for working on a clutch or any advice on what else to do with the clutch?

Your shop manual would be a good starting point. I'd recommend a full adjustment following the steps closely. I have the feeling, however, that your clutch basket (and hub) is worn. Start with the adjustment. If you're still having trouble ... keep posting and start taking stuff apart. It's not as complex as you may think.
