Hi guys, I switched to a Gell battery in my 98 Sprint Sport. A month ago I lifted my 120lb dog into my wife's truck and haven't walked upright since. I just went out to start the bikes and my old car and the battery on the Sprint won't generate enough juice to start the bike. I've used a Yuasa Smart Shot 900 on the bikes for year. Is it OK to use with the Gell battery and can I use it to maintain voltage during periods of inactivity like I would with a regular battery. I'll be having surgery on the 24th so I'll be down for a month or so after that (if it's not canceled as "elective' due to C-19). Do you think it's OK to sue the Yuasa charger?
Thanks.

If your "gell cell" battery is an AGM battery then your charger should work fine. It's output is a bit low to bring a really low battery back to full charge so it will take a while.
