Well, as long as they are machined to the correct dimensions fitment should be really easy. It's very straightforward to pop the carb tops off and replace for changing needle settings, so just swapping these out should not be hard.

Not my kind of thing - but they certainly would add a different look to the setup. If it were me I'd put th $$ towards something else - but wondrous variety is a good thing.

Sucks to have the bike put away. :(

I find it pretty difficult, especially getting meat out of the claws !

I suppose you use a sledge hammer Prop ?

I'm sure I don't know what you mean - I said carb C-A-R-B carb.

Not crab. Nope, never said that, nosiree. ;)

But, for the record, a sledge is far too indelicate an instrument. I use a circular saw. :D

The top of the OEM carb is my least favourite feature of the Thruxton and have been waiting for someone to create a cover. Either that or I was going to justify the acquisition of the HSR42 on account of its looks (and possibly some performance uplift as well...;)). These bits seem expensive - makes the Pazzo levers a bargain in comparison - which incidently I have just installed. I am happy with them owing to a greater range of adjustability
