I'm looking @ my service manual mand the sticker on my air box and the routing of the tubing is different.
Do any of you have pics of a CA and an non CA emission ?

I try to have my bike running and I'm getting more and more confused       :???:

B,

If you've already ordered a tuneboy and are having the troubles you are posting, refuse to take it to a dealer, at least wait until you get your tuneboy, you'll be able to pull error codes then and possibly pin point a problem. A quick trip to a dealer and a diagnosis from them, to at least see errors may save you a lot of frustration and at least give you an idea of what your troubles may be. The manual should have both non CA and CA models listed. For specific parts listings you can try bike bandit for diagrams for the different emissions parts. If it were mine and I were in your state of mind right now, I'd go to a dealer, probably not what you want to hear.

Did you buy your bike new or used?

If used, it might have had Cali smog but been pulled by the previous owner.

I bought the motor used and it's a cali, I mount the motor on a buggy so I have no tank .
The confusion come when I look at the oem manual and the tag on the tank they are no quite the same.
Do you have any tubing going to the ecu, or the ecu got just the barometric sensor ?
I plan to connect the tubing from the manifold directly to the IAC valve and see what happen, It look like the non CA are like this I plan to keep all the valve hooked will see what happen
