I paid that much Out The Door for my 04 in 2005, if that can give you any idea. I think you can bargain it lower. That dealer probably needs to get rid of it because, maybe it varies state to state, bu they have to pay some sort of tax on it for being on the lot. So the longer it sits there, the more money it costs the dealer

REGULATOR, If that's the out the door price with a new set of tires I think it's a good deal for those that like the '02-'03's looks. If it's red with white wheels and a CE badge on the tank...oh, yeah. Okay, if it's just red!

You have some room to negotiate since the bike is no longer in production and has not sold in over three years.

If the dealer is the one in Augusta they have a very good reputation for service and repair.

this is a dealer in South Carolina, I can't get over how much more the insurance would be, over 750 more a year then my Sprint....might just keep the old girl a little longer.

the dealer here in augusta does have a three 675's though, one in each color

I already got the leather bags on the R3,

and although I think very highly of the 675, I look a little funny on it.. ( I'm about 225, 6ft)

think I will just have to put some love into my ST, new fork oil and such this winter and keep on riding the piss out of it

I think you could talk that price down some. Just let them know that as long as that bike has been sitting there it's obvious that people aren't beating the door down to buy it. I'm sure the manager would like to move it!

Hell, the manager wanted to move the brand new '04 Daytona I bought in May of '05. I asked him how bad he gave me a price. I said (this will show you how bad he wanted to move it), "Give me the price w/ a highmont, hugger, and tank pad." After he gave me the price I gave him $1000 to hold it.

I got it for $7800 OTD.
