Replacing front rotor...manual says replace rotor bolts.

Triumph Dealer gets about $6 per bolt...

This is no doubt to cover shipping form the Pac-Rim factory to the UK then on to the US and multiple levels of profit for the handlers along the way.

I can buy a set of TI bolts for that price but I am thrifty and looking for a compatible Jap bike version (they only get about $1.50 per rotor bolt!).

Any one have a cross reference for a Yamaha or Honda rotor bolt?

I checked with my Triumph Service Technician. He said that as long as you clean the threads on the old bolts, apply Loctite, and torque the bolts to spec...the original bolts may be used a second time without risk. I followed his instructions and have not needed so much as a retightening. In truth, the torque required for these bolts do not cause any issues with stretching. As long as there are no damaged threads, you should be okay...
