Can you adjust the brake light sensitivity on a 95 T'bird, or does it work of hydraulic pressure? I see a rod which adjusts pedal height. Take it that's not the same thing.

Rear brake has a pressure switch on the top of the master cylinder. Maybe bleeding the brakes will allow the pressure switch to turn on the brake light sooner.
The front brake has a little mechanical switch that turns on the brake light.
