What do you think?

I thought my Scrambler might look more retro with a chrome front fender and stays that mount to the lower fork legs. I'm not worried about clearance because I don't ride in the mud. I also wonder if the rim sizes are the same on the Scrambler and the Bonnie.

Thanks for your input in advance. Dave

The rims are the same size on my bikes.

Classic bike photos routinely show chrome front fenders on both Bonnes and Trophy TR5 and TR6C "scrambles" bikes, so it should look retro for your Scrambler.

I have sometimes thought about putting a chrome front fender on my T100.

Aren`t the Thrux/Scrambler lower fork legs different from the Bonnie`s? I think they don`t have the threaded lugs to mount the fender stays. :???:

Yes, that was what I was thinking. Just get a pair of Bonnie legs. I just wonder about the cost and if it's something I could do myself in the garage or if it would require a dealer/mechanic.
