OK, I'll come clean. I so dig the Goodwood Green Bonnie I bought 45 days ago, and I so want to go down many conflicting modification paths, that I'm buying a used Black to f- with this winter. Keeping the Green fairly stock and classic, and will turn the Black into a scramthruxville hybrid. Suggestions welcome. Pix to follow. Stop me before I.....

I've been looking at Enfields as well...very cool, but do you know if the ones sold in US are UK spec? I know they are all made in India, but my understanding is that they have a higher level of qualitycontrol and components for those exported to UK.
Agree with the thoughts. Hence my purchase of a second Bonnie for customization, rather than another marque. You can do so much to the bike, and it's so ***** pure and reliable, that it isnt worth changing horses.
Kingbear, my first bike was a '72 Yam Mini Enduro, and I'm looking for one to restore for my soon to be 10 year old son!

I agree with the second time around theory, but since I bought the bikes kless than two moths apart, I'm thinking it's more like dating twins!
