OK, I lied a bit about the no modification part. I forgot that I had to use a dremel to grind the little plastic ridges off the throttle twist tube. The OEM grips have areas that fit into these, but I found it impossible to get the new grips on without grinding them down. Also, I got a cheap plastic stencil at an office supply store that had different size circles on it. I used a sharpee to trace the correct size circle in the end of the grips and cut out the end with an xacto knife to fit the bar end mirrors on. If you don't have bar ends, the length of the grips is perfect and you will not have to do this. Compressed air was a HUGE help. Wouldn't have been able to get the grips on without shooting air under the grips will sliding them.
I know, way more than you asked for but maybe it will help-
