Hello me and my friend removed the first set of baffles in his bonnie. The bike is brand new just under 30 miles on it. The bike seems to spit and sputter after it has warmed up. Kinda runs like you forgot and left you choke on. Some mechanic told him that it was because he removed his baffles and did not re-jet. I know that it will make a small difference , but I don't think the bafflectomy was the culprit. I hope not since I suggested it in the first place, lol :-D . any help I would appreciate.

Your going to need to rejet. The bikes are set up lean from the factory. If you do most anything to the intake or exhaust, your gonna need to rejet. Don't worry it's not a big deal & I am sure you didn't do too much harm.

Does it run better if you pull the choke out?
