Back wheel moves in neutral?!?!

yes just like neutral on a car!

I mean it moves forward on its own when it is in neutral, like it does when its in gear. I have it on bike stands right now, that is why I noticed it.

Were you able to ship today? I got the old exhaust off and waiting for the new one to be put on.

yes - just like a car . seriously, the wheel will move in neutral with the motor running on a rear stand, but not enough to move the bike if on the ground. you should easily be able to stop the wheel with your hand or foot.
