I went to a buddy's house Saturday morning, around 11am near Burnet Road and 45th street, unfortunately I was in the cage, but I saw a red bonnie riding East on 45th and also a Thruxton parked at a Bakery on Burnet Road just North of 45th...2 new bonnevilles in 2 blocks! It was cool. I hate when that happens and I'm in the cage...

SPEAK UP! Anyone here?

When I was putting the Harvest Classic ride together, I'd thought about trying to get a bunch of Bonnies for that ride. It'd be cool to see a bunch of these retro bikes show up to a classic show.
Oh yea... that'd be cool as $hit!!! Bonnies, Truxtons and Scramblers only. Count me in on a ride like that for sure.

I'm here! I live near Steck and Mopac and commute almost every day. I ride a '05 Bonnie Blk.
She is sweet and my fav bike so far. I always chat with folks at the gas station and get a lot of "nice bike" comments, too.
I'm all for a group ride, as I usually ride alone. It would be cool to go somewhere as a group.
Talk it up, folks. Let's do it.

I got folks in Austin and made the last few RAT rides there

went through Killeen last week on Rancier on a 06 Black Bonnie

I'll try to make any ride, Fairfield VFW has a poker run Dec 2nd, I think for charity; thats a good 2hr ride from Austin

have to see how the weather turns out

I'm out of town this weekend but if I ride is planned at some other time, I'll try to make it.

I ride a black bonnie with two large 40 liter Hepco bags on the sides so you all might be ashamed to ride with me. You might think I give the bonnie a bad name. Look at the good side, I could carry everyone's gear for them.

Any weather is fine unless there is ice on the road.

where is Beverly's?
South Congress a couple of blocks north of Slaughter.
A very seedy joint that usually is pretty empty except during biker weekends and the toy run. The usual customers are very old school biker geezers with the occasional Bandito and Gypsy Joker.
It is classic South Austin funk. Been there forever.

Another Austin Bonnie commuter and weekend rider-arounder here (one of the Breakfast Ride 5). A twin gathering would be cool--especially since I'd love to hear what non-stock pipes sound like (assuming others have them). -Jeff
