When I ride my Tiger I find that my ride is reasonably chilling especially in traffic I'm relaxed and I enjoy my ride, then I go have a beer and I'm a happy camper.

When I get on my speedy it's like I become posessed by the Speedy demon my riding style changes instantly I become more agressive, everybody's in my way and no bend is tight enough and fast ain't fast enough :-D

Does this happen to you?? Should I see a professional or will I be OK????

I'm in mono-wheeled mayhem mode whenever I swing a leg over my s3. This bike seems to shut down the part of my brain that says "thats not a good idea". I drive my jeep well within speed limits, so i can save the tickets for when I ride the S3 stupid. My bike brings out the inner squid in me.

Believe it or not, I purchased speedy to 'slow down' a bit from my R1. I thought upright seating position = more comfort = more relaxed riding. Boy did I make a mistake. :hammer: I ride more stoopid than ever before. :-D I am still trying to tame down a bit, but everytime I crank her up, that mad hooligan grin rears his ugly face again! :-D The Zard hasn't helped at all!!! Now I just wanna rev her up to hear that beautiful music!

Yep that is me too. I came off a 175 mph bike thinking this naked stuff would slow me way down and be safer. Its not 175 MPH but its definitely not safer
This bike makes you act like an a$$hole :)

It's about 80F here in Tx today, and I think my wrist is messed up, it just won't twist the right direction. I'm not sure if it is the weather or the bike that makes me do it, but everytime I look at the speedo, the number is bigger and I think "Must slow down some, can't afford a ticket" then look and the number is bigger yet again!! Must be my speedo messed up!! Yeah, that's it! :-D :-D :-D

I find that on my country trips I'll cruise along at a speed not considered respectable by the boys in blue and when I come across a set of twisties I'll (eventually) look down and find that I've bumped that speed up by a LOT yeeeeeeeeeeeeeehhaaaaaaaaaaa :-D :-D

Yeah and since I am an old fart and having to relearn how to wheelie, haven't done it for about 35 years. I was practicing today and had the bike almost straight up. My bike color has changed, Fusion White with brown racing stripes. I need wheelie lessons.

Yeah, I get stupid on that thing, despite my experience level. I can't help it. Everytime I drive in my car I see a hole shot or a lane just wide enough to split and my knee starts bouncin. There's just something about thatbike that makes you wanna take on traffic and everything in your way.

Ditto. I`ve got the hang of popping 2nd gear mingers and I`ve even started wearing meaner bike gear. I ditched my sensible BMW System 4 helmet and bought a shoei diabolic zero, which I think fits in perfectly with the whole "S3 Hooligan" thing.

Exactly why I don't try to wheelie. I wheelie too much already without trying. :-D :-D :wow:

I went for a ride yesterday. I was a beautiful late winter/early spring day in equatorial Mississippi, 65 degrees or so. I told myself I was going to go for a sedate, leisurely ride through the countryside, keep it within 10-20 mph of the speed limit. Enjoy the scenery, etc. IT JUST AIN'T FRIGGIN' POSSIBLE!! That power just feels soo good when you roll on the throttle, I just keep twisting a little farther every time I roll it on. To top it off I found a new PERFECT backwoods road, lots of curves, perfect pavement. I had to run it twice, I even had an old farmer in a straw hat flip me off when I blew by his house, oh well.........

Same as Cheap and a few other guys here. Came from 959 Blade/R1/GSXR to Speedy to try and "slow down" a bit. I even said to the wife, "look, no fairing upright riding position so I'll just potter around looking at the scenery. No more tickets/fines/crashes/hiding the bike in bushes etc". I ride just as fast as I ever did I reckon. I also feel cheated if every ride doesn't have at least 3 x 200 metre wheelies thrown in :-D God I love this bike

Its like i become the guy who shows his face after a couple of Jack Daniels. My friends know him as KJ. That KJ guy is outta his #@$%ing mind with the things he does. Soon as I get on my baby (with no Jack) KJ has pushed me out of the way and taken over!
