Easy. This is what I do, and it takes me about 1 minute to accomplish, and is free. First, go to the web site Flock Photobucket:

http://www.flock.com/photobucket/start/

Then register and log in, and then click the monitor icon at the top left of the screen, called "Photos".

At the top right of the next screen, click the button called "Uploader".

At the next screen, click on the top left button called "Choose Photos", and you will then see a list of the photos on your own computer. Select one and click it with the "Open" tab. Then that photo will show up in the "Photo Uploader - Flock" window.

Click "Upload" on the screen's bottom right side.

The next window will be called "Photo Upload Options". Change the pixel size setting to its lowest range of 640 pixels, so that your photo will fit into the TriumphRat.net web site at the correct size, and then click "Upload" on that window.

After the photo uploads, it will appear at the top of the original Flock Photobucket web page, in a filmstrip. Click that image, and it will appear in a new screen, with information on the right-hand side of that screen for the URL Link, the HTML Tag, and the IMG Code. Put the mouse over the middle one, the HTML Tag, and click it once. That long line of data will turn blue, and say "Copied". Then go back to the TriumphRat.net page where you want to enclose a photo in the "Reply" message, point your mouse in that box where you're typing, and right click "Paste". That long line of symbols, numbers and letters will be copied into your reply. After you "Submit" your reply, the photo will be there. Once you "Delete" the photo from the Flock web site, it will also be deleted on this web site. Here is my jpeg example showing a sport bike wheelie demo, photographed at the Virginia International Raceway (VIR) in 2005:
