I like their designs a lot - a lot of Ducati styling influence there (maybe it's an Italian thing). And unlike Benelli, I think they've got real Italians running the show.

I guess thats unlike Ducati which is owned by a bunch of Texans and MV Agusta which is now owned by Harley.

When did "a bunch of Texans" buy Ducati?

I don't doubt it, but it might explain their success.

"MV Agusta which is now owned by Harley."

Cruiser MV or a Harley that handles and stops:)
Which will come first?

Texas-Pacific Group owned Ducati from 1996 to 2005. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ducati_Motor_Holding :)
And soon after the Italians retook control, they came out with the 1098 and the SportClassic line of bikes, which have been largely responsible for their financial turnaround.

The future of MV Agusta under H-D control is very troubling, especially since their design chief quit a couple of weeks ago:

I'm still hoping that H-D will transfer some of the designs of MV to Buell so we can have some competitive American sport bikes, but I'm not holding my breath.
