I've not bought Triumph parts from them, but was very satisfied when I got Kawasaki parts there. The price was good and the delivery was prompt. That is a bull's eye in my book...

I've used them also and got my parts in about a week. I will certainly be using them again.

Ditto.

Once I had the part number everything was ducky - fast, affordable, accurate.

Finding what you need on their site is a different story.

Reliable yes, but just as expensive as buying from a Triumph dealer! I've paid the price for several items, but it was quite convenient. Took a week to ten days to receive my order each time.

More so I think.
Just a quick look at a 'standard' part installed on a Triumph, Bikebandit wants $523.04 for a front Bridgestone and $546.13 for a rear!

Tires unlimited has the same front for $65.86 and the rear $114.85.

What makes them think their stock Bridgestone is worth that much more!? What would make them think ANY tire is worth that much?

Bikebandit may be good... but are they THAT good?

and then they have this note:
Please Note: Triumph parts will take longer than BikeBandit.com’s stated average shipping times due to delayed deliveries from the manufacturer.

I've never purchased from them, and maybe these are just anomalies or incorrect entries. I guess if you've had good service and you're happy with the sale, then that's what really counts.
