I saw this tach on an Italian site, and tried to translate the info on the site with Google but was unsuccessful. Does anyone recognise the make?

Are you talking about the small tach that fits beneath the risers? If so it doesn't discuss the brand, but says that it is a nice little item that matches the graphics on the stock instruments...
