Anyone have directions or know where I can find some for cutting up the Airbox to put on the K&N's? Pictures would be great too!
Also, anyone know how the Emgo Dunstall Replica pipes are? I hear they sound pretty good, and you cant beat the price at about $46. Any comments??? Thanks.

Rational people remove the rear tire and work it out that way. Or drop the shocks/swing arm. I took mine out with a sawzall in about ten minutes. Just cut away from the rear fender part, she's puts up a kick. Then I dropped the shocks and put the BC battery box in. There are some threads here that actually use the air box for underseat storage. You may want to try that.

No need to go thru the hassle of taking the airbox out. I followed Tommy Turbos instructions, and its actually easier than it looks. I used a Dremel and a hacksaw blade (the Dremel tends to melt and refuse the plastic) to cut out enough airbox to put the pods on. I sealed the original opening in the airbox with a piece of plastic sheeting used in cutting boards sealed with a glue gun.
See my note under "tool kits" in a later thread. Whole job took about 2 hours(not counting rejetting)
JUst be sure not to cut thru electrical wiring on the LHS of the box
