I have a Triumph Legend that is running great but only has one niggling problem. The plastic on the airbox that holds the chrome cover on is broken. The airbox itself is fine just the bit that holds the knurled nobs on the cover. Any ideas how to MacGyver a solution? Thanks in advance!

Me too. I tried epoxy but it didn't stick. I just left the side cover off for now. I have 2 new boxes, just don't want to use them when that's my only issue!

Just noticed you're in Camas. My brother lives there. I get up there every month or so. This summer I hope to ride one of my Triumphs up. The Trophy would be more comfy, but I still haven't fixed the sprag on it (18 months now...)

You could try using a soldering iron to melt the broken bits back on or build up the missing bits out of some other abs plastic. Probably better to replace it as Charlie says, if it's cracking then it would make sense to replace the entire unit before you get problems with the carbs and bad running.
