I have a pair. They work very well, carrying a substantial amount of gear and keeping things dry during downpours. They work just about like all of the soft "over-the-saddle" type bags. I wouldn't use them daily, but they are great for an occasional tour. The shocks make them splay out a bit in the front, but aside from that they're great. If you would like a smaller, but more affordable setup, try the dry-bag top-zip duffle with some flat bungies. This arrangement works well if you don't have to carry a passenger.

Thanks just looking for something for an occasional use. Givi also makes some nice looking soft luggage.
