Treehugger: Let me see if I got this right. Another motorist is negligent (intentionally, unintentionally or whatever) and injures me and damages my property. I'm supposed be worried whether I offend him/her or not if I ask them to accept responsibility and I demand fair compensation. Man.....IMHO that is just twisted! You only need to resort to suing if they won't deal with you in a fair and equitable manner. :???:
