Hi i am thinking of changing sprockets to lower revs in top gear.I think i saw a chart about teeth numbers front and rear and how they affect performance some time back. Does anyone have a link they could share please? Cheers Gary.

I’m new to this topic so please pardon my ignorance. Is the stock front sprocket for the tbs 18t.

I’m thinking or going up a tooth to reduce the rpms in top gear.

That’s dependent on the market and year of manufacture.

Some had 17, and some came with 18. My ‘98 came with 17. Some later ones I’ve known of came with 18. Those are US bikes.

The best way to find out is remove the cover and count teeth.

Sorry I can’t be more helpful.
