A sort of popular accessory back in the "old days", it replaces the rocker feed pipes with a finned aluminum piece that will allow the oil going to the rockers to cool off a bit. I put one on my 1'st '70, a TR6C, because it looked good. You have to cut the rocker oil feed pipe up under the gas tank and attach a hose from the cooler onto it. I wouldn't count on too much (if any) real cooling of the oil, but it does look knda' nice.
