I was going to ask "How do you like your new PC kit?" but after seeing your results, what's not to like. Nice work !

Giving some attention to the front wheel. To rusty to polish, and re-chroming cost too much for me, so I have to let go the Dunlop rims😭 I went for new ones in stainless in stead of chrome, still not sure if that was the right desicion, but here we go!

Explosion complete 😄 Will fit new sealed bearings instead of the old open ones. Will also have to clean, polish and coat the brake drum.

Not quite sure what colour the drum should have, it looked kinda grey/silver? I decided to try to powdercoat a gray RAL colour, with some clear on top.

Made an arrangement to tighten the spokes, and straighthen the weel, but have to admit I didn,t feel confident with this last, accurate operation, so might leave that to some pro,s..

My only concern now is if these are stainless spokes , have you applied an anti seize to the spoke threads ? Kinda important
because they are bad for seizing . Lots of nice work going on here :) . Peter

I used some WD40, will that do?

I have to be concerned that the powdercoat will eventually yield under the spoke heads, which may result in loose spokes. Too late, but it would have been better to mask the countersunk holes, or dremel them clean after coating.

It might NOT happen, too...
