Let me preface that I do have the service manuals (and I read them).
I need to pull the outer gearbox cover on '67 T120R. The right footrest is in the way. I don't see anything referencing removal of right rear engine plate. Is it necessary to remove the rear engine plate to remove the outer gearbox?
And also, am I right that you can leave the kickstarter and gearchange pedal in place? Using these to wiggle the cover off?
