Thank you to everyone who advised me on the 2001 Bonneville. I just purchased the bike today......It has been idle for over 2.5 years so I am taking it to the dealer on Monday for inspection.

I'm sure you will be very happy with her.
I love mine and I plan on keeping her for a long time.
I have a little over 17,000 miles on her now with out
a bit of trouble.
I wish you the best of luck with yours.

Good luck Joe.

Where in Phila are you located? Where are you taking the bike?

Triumph of Manayunk are very knowledgeable and great to deal with.

Hi

I spoke with Mark at Triumph of Manyunk and he really impressed me with his pasion around the Bonneville.....I will be doing some preliminary work myself tomorrow and will bring it to his place next week for a complete inspection, carb adjustments, fluid change etc......

I reside in Oreland, PA

Joe, thats fine work saving that Bonnie from its purgatory..I'm sure it will reward you with undying loyalty and friendship for years. Hopefully the former owner will be appropriatly punished for allowing it to be abused in such a manner.....

Enjoy!
