I've seen 'em ... bear in mind the single bolt in the centre of the triangular clamp must always be very, very tight; as before, just the laundry bill if it comes loose ...

I had one on my TrophyVille, it was soldered in place to the cable, using silver solder (like A/C piping systems use)

Regarding oils and break in procedures, I’d appreciate any guidance on the proper way to break in my rebuilt engine. It is a 1967 Bonneville motor with a 750 kit. New barrel, pistons, cams, tappets, pushrods, all bearings and bushings (including cam bushings). Any suggestions on how to break it in most effectively? Thanks.

Prepare pot of something sleep-preventing (strong coffee?), open Forum Advanced Search, enter "break in engine" into "Keywords" box, select "Classic, Vintage & Veteran" in "Search in Forums", click on "Search", read as long as you can stay awake?
