Alright all,
Just did the annual service this weekend and noticed what looked like an oil leak around the gearbox and shift lever. I know the photos aren't great, but there was definitely more under and behind the shift lever, although the whole underside from the clutch cover badge back seemed to have had a leak / been weeping at some point. What do you reckon - issue or should I just clean the bugger more than once a year?
Cheers
Bob

I would clean it up and re torque the engine case bolts, and check the sump bolts while you're at it.
It's been a common issue over the years with a lot of triumphs, never seem to be fully tight from the factory.
Double check it's not leaking from the gear selector shaft seal after you've cleaned up and tightened the case bolts.
