first I am 53 and I just bought a 07 tiger my wife likes the bike and wants to ride again but I need a safe sissy bar/top box cushion for here any help thanks tman

Corbin makes a seat for the 955 that looks like this. A backrest is an available option. They havent made one for the 07 model yet but are looking to borrrow a bike so that they can use it to design the new seat (Anyone willing to let them use their bike gets a free seat). I'm waiting to see what this looks like because my wife doesnt want me taking the kids out without something on the back and I dont like the look of the top boxes.

Suggest you go for the topbox. My wife is a complete novice but last year decided to try pillion.So I traded in my (much missed) Daytona for a Tiger.We toured the Pyrenees,including some fast riding,and she really enjoyed herself.The topbox gave her security and transformed the biking experience for her.Also it's handy for putting stuff in.I honestly didn't appreciate just how practical hard luggage can be (the previous year I took my Daytona to Switzerland with just a tankbag). The topbox is easily removed for solo use. Highly recommended.
