The 790 engine has been discontinued. The Bonnie 865 engines all have Thruxton needles.

How do Thruxton needles change things? I just got a B&W Bonnie 07 last weekend. LOVE IT!. But would like to gain a little more volume on the pipe side without busting the bank.

the needles won't help volume, only change the air/fuel mixture.

If you want more volume, you'll have to change the exhaust, then the jetting to compensate for the increased breathing of the new pipes, and hopefully getting rid of the stock airbox at the same time to realize all of the benefit of the free-flowing exhaust you added...

Thrux needle's are shaped slightly different than needle's the 790 motor's had. For the 790 equipped machine's it was just another option regarding tuning for the motors.

Basically they have a slightly sharper taper...
