Hello from Washington DC

Hey all you Triumph people out there. I just got my hands on a 1998 Thunderbird Sport. I found a great deal it was completely stock and super clean. I've been tinkering on it and I've already ordered some new parts its a great bike I'm glad I switched from a Suzuki GSX-R to my TBS! I feel like a noob but I have no idea on how to post a picture to this post.

Welcome to the forum!

You are goin to hate that Thunderbird Sport. It is total crap. You should just get rid of it. By sending it to me. I will PM you my shipping address...

Congratulations on a great find! The TBS is becoming increasingly difficult to find. You have a keeper there!

The Hinckley Classic Triple forum is where you will find information, opinions, and conversations about your beautiful Thunderbird Sport. Introduce yourself there, post photos of your TBS, and join the conversation.

You can't post photos in the "Quick Reply" dialogue box. Just down to the left you will see the black "Post Reply" button. Click that, and in the dialogue box there you will see the paper clip for attaching files. In the forums you will see the black "New Thread" button and in that dialogue box you will see the same options.

Please post a photo here for us. We love the TBS!

Make yourself at home, browse the site, and join the banter.

Cheers!

Very cool bike. I can relate, just got my 99 Adventurer after years of dreaming.

What's the color scheme?

Here is what my TBS looks like. Its the red and black, obviously. I have ordered handle bar mirrors for it and I'm going to replace the rear fender soon as well. This is a great bike I couldn't be happier to have this bike.
