First Triumph

First time Triumph owner here. I own a 2014 Tiger Explorer. My Sportster was beating me up on longer trips so had to trade it in. The Explorer seems a bit top heavy - will probably need to invest in some crash bars.

I've got the Explorer's cousin, the Trophy SE. A bit top heavy too but once you get going magnificent. I imagine the the Explorer is much the same.
Enjoy and welcome!

Welcome to the forum!

I have not ridden the Explorer, or any type of dual sport motorcycle, so I am not able to speak to your bike specifically. But I have had experience with motorcycles that felt top heavy, or just simply heavy, in the past (and now with my Rocket) and found that the issue went away with time and miles. The comfort of your Explorer will offset the top heaviness and you will enjoy many miles of riding joy!
