Newbee with two Bonnevilles a 67 and a 70

I am presently trying to finish the 67 and am close. Current problems are the carbs. I have a set of amal 930s but don't know which jets to use or what position to set the needles in. I have 180 jets and 190s. The exhaust I would like to put on are the shortys. I need advice here. Please. Thanks.
