Unhappy cant balance no 1 cylinder

Hi all, i have a 2002 Tiger 955i from new, done 42,00 miles, trouble free. I have had popping in the exhaust on deceleration, the exhaust gaskets were blowing so i thought that was the problem. replaced the gaskets and noticed no 1 exhaust was white inside , 2 & 3 weren't. then tried balancing the throttle bodies but no 1 cylinder wont get any where near the other two. tried swapping the injectors around but always no1 cylinder is half the vacuum of the other two at idle. Can you adjust the fuel to each cylinder or is that a Triumph workshop job. I also noticed that the 12 wire plug for the injector electric feed was green inside so cut n hard wired them. I have a Data tool system for getting rid of fault codes after service and balancing. I had left the lap top connected and may have hit a wrong button some where. Can anyone help?
