Soon-to-be Bonnie Owner

Hi folks, new guy here from Raleigh, NC. I don't yet own a Bonnie, but plan to soonish, as soon as I figure out whether I want a base model or a T100 Black. Hard to go wrong either way!

I did test ride the base last week and liked it a lot. I like the looks of the T100 Black a little better... but not sure if it will handle the same.

I currently ride an '06 Honda 599 and an '07 HD Sportster. I'm thinking I'll sell them both and consolidate on the Bonnie, which - at least in my mind - sort of splits the difference between the two.

Anyway, I hope to be joining the ranks here soon. Looks like a great forum.

Cheers!

Julian

Looks like the "soon-to-be" will be sooner than I thought. Picking up the Bonnie tomorrow!

No doubt! Put about 50 on it today... such a joy to ride. We have a spell of bad weather coming, and then I hope to go out for some longer rides afterwards.

Garage
Bonneville is way better than that Sportster but you might want to hold on to that 599.

It really is a great bike, too, for different reasons. I have a harder time keeping it to reasonable speeds for some reason. But it sure is fun to ride.

Finally got around to taking a picture. Not much other than what you would expect to see for a bone stock '14.

Although I'm thinking of adding gators:

Errr.... gaiters.
