Hello From Australia

Hello boys and girls

I have been a visitor to this site for a few years now and eventually decided to join up as I need info on what speed triple to buy
I have recently finished an old school look chopper based on a hardtail frame with a T140v motor
But I have wanted a Speed Triple for quite a while and as I cant afford s new one I need some help on the different models
Dave

I've had my S3 for twelve years now and love it. It's been very reliable considering the use it's had. Quality of components, paint, etc is as good as any.

My S3 is a 2002 955i which can be had here in Aus for 5-7K and you'll get a great bike. Having said that though if I were you I'd probs be looking at a late 2008-2009 1050 S3 with the improved brakes, rear suspension etc. Either way just get one as they are a scream to ride and don't dissappoint regardless of what sort of riding you do.
