Hi guys- Happy New Year to you all.

Have been researching Triumph Scramblers over on advrider....looks intriguing, not quite convinced yet...

Currently riding a KTM 690 Enduro R for Arizona trail riding- very happy with the bike, but it's a bit hard-edged for simple highway cruising (in my opinion) so am considering Bike No 2, and the old-school look and sound of that 270 degree twin is pretty alluring, I must say.

Welcome! IMO the Scrambler is the nicest-looking retro classic Triumph makes. Good luck with your hunt!

I bought my 2008 Scrambler from a bloke in Pennsylvania last June. I love it!!
My last bike was a Ninja, so comparatively it’s slow, a dog to corner and has all the stopping power of shopping trolley, but I do love it. If you’re looking for a commuter or something to spend a Sunday afternoon on, this is a great bike and without doubt one of the prettiest looking bikes on the road.
Although, there is zero wind protection - not sure about highway cruising.
