Triumph newb

Hi All,

So i've put down a deposit on a 2011 Speed Triple, now have to wait until February when it arrives in Australia, can't friggin wait!

Been lurking here for a couple of weeks, so thought I'd better get involved. I love how passionate Triumph owners are, says a lot about the brand.

Look forward to the colourful conversations ahead!

G'Day Simon, and welcome. I've not ridden a Speed Triple, but all reviews say they're great ! Summertime in Oz, you must be dying for February and your new bike.

2006 Bonneville, Goodwood Green, D & D megaphone pipes, AI removed, re-jetted, a few cosmetic changes.

Welcome Simon! You are in for a treat! The Speedy is like no other bike, much better than most and always a head-turner.

I was admiring the new Speed Triples in the dealer yesterday, the guy offered me a ride on a demo but it was like 15 degrees outside. I told him I'll be back when the temps hit around 40. Congrats, it's a great looking bike and no doubt a blast to ride .

Every day, strive to be the man your dog thinks you are.
