Hello.

Not really new, but my account died so here I am again.

2002 Tiger (mine)

2007 Speedmaster (wife's)

The Tiger is dead again from broken fuel connectors.
Hope to drag it to the shop this weekend.

I love that bike except for this one extremely annoying issue.

Wife's bike is as solid as a stone ax.

Only a tiny bit bitter!

In any case, Howdy!

We're somewhat north of Houston.

Welcome! Have you checked the recall notices for your Tiger? Triples of that vintage had suspect fuel connectors. My Speedy's were replaced for free.

Did the recall in '04.
Got the new metal males.
It was the pitiful plastic females that snapped off this time.
Bought the TeamTriumph fittings, just need a wrench to get the broken bits out of the tank and install the new ones.

Been there. Done that. It stinks. The long-term results are definitely worth the effort. Good luck!

Hey! I have an MP3 also.
Bought it for the wife but ended up riding it to work.
Its only a 250 but it drags by large self at highway speeds.
BTW: I'm 6'6" ~290, so I probably look like a circus bear on a minibike to the masses.

Well, eff'em all anyway.

Totin' the Tiger to the dealer on Saturday.
Hopefully there will be some money left for Xmas!
