Hello from New Hampshire

Hey folks!

My name is Greg and I just bought my first Triumph this past week, a 2010 Thruxton.

I have only owned and ridden japanese street bikes in the past (Suzuki gxr 750, Yamaha R6) and I've got to say that the Thruxton is miles better than anything I've ever ridden.

Even though it isn't the fastest bike in the world, it manages to instill in the rider the same exhilaration and sensation at any speed that the ricers can only achieve with the throttle pegged or above the 100mph mark.

I have never had so much fun bombing down a twisty back road as I have on this bike!

Did you pick it up on Friday at Great Bay? I saw a black one outside waiting to be picked up. Anyway, cool bike.

Thanks for the welcome guys!

Actually, I picked it up from Second Wind BMW/Triumph in Merrimack Nh. Tornado Red. I initially wanted the black one, but seeing the red one in person quickly changed my mind.
