new to the world of triumph

a friend sold me my first bike/basket case. i am currently undoing his home engineering with the help of Ebay, a local triumph shop here in MD and this website. he sold me the bike as a 63 tiger that he has owned for 20 years, riding for 10 and left in storage broken for 10. I knew nothing about it except it looked really cool.
i have found out that its a 69 ( from the vin numbers on the engine) invader wheels, springer front forks, casket tank, Joe hunt magneto all make the bike unique and worth fixing up.
