New Member w/ a tech question

Howdy folks,

I'm new to forum but have been snooping around for quite a bit. Have had a few bikes over the years, ridden across the states twice and, after being convinced to test-ride a '79 Bonneville for friend of mine (he ended up buying it) am now after one myself; I really missed it.

Someone's selling a 1973 750 Tiger, but it's already bored 60 over (with a complete head job) and I've been trying to find some info on anyone having done that and how it worked out. 60 over on a 750 seems a bit much to me, and on a Tiger I would think would necessitate a bigger single carb.

Anyway... good to be here... anyone bored a '73 750 60 over? How'd it go.

Cheers mates.
