Exclamation Bobber builder

Greetings All..

I'm starting from absolute scratch, having only the basic home DIY tools and at present no specific know-how or actual engine to work on..

However.. I do plan to source a suitable Triumph (probably TR6) pre 1970 unit. This I plan to strip/rebuild. Then modify an original frame with hardtail and some other plans. Purists please dont hate me, after all I'll be 'saving' odd parts and putting them to a good use.

Anyyy advice on purchases relating to essential tools and/or kits for this job would be great and welcome. (engine strip/build/fitting of any new parts required/adjustment)
Also, anyone selling/know of any engine fitting this criteria..give me a shout. I think I'll def need an engine frame mount (?)

I've been reading alot of interesting and helpful info on here which has already mentally prepared me for the task in hand.
