hello from Norfolk UK

joined the site as i am looking to purchase either a Rocket or thunderbird 1600 and cant decide. so looking for advice etc, have road tested the roacket a few years ago and was hooked, will be keeping an eye on relaibility issues etc for the new thunderbird.

So far it seems the Rocket has had some issues! Have done the sport bikes and had an HD softail but mortgage got in the way!!!

Welcome! There's even more temptation with the new Rocket Roadster.

had a look at this at a bike show, its got less leg room! foot pegs are now too far back. Shame as i really liked the look,
Bike no longer fits as the old model did.

Isn't the Roadster just one more iteration? Seems the regular Rocket or the Rocket Touring might fit your needs better.

Hi Smithy, welcome to the board. glad to see another Norfolk rider here. I'm in Norwich. I'm riding a Sprint at the moment, but I'm just buying a Bonneville now.Good luck with your hunt for a Rocket.
