dual tail light install

Hi All , Just checking on some wiring query for tail light install . I would like to install 2 sets for tail light as attached . These tail light have 3wires(Blue, Yellow and Black) for tail light funntionalty and 1 wire (green) for turn signal . Question is how do i wire this lead to...
